How do I open the broker dashboard?▾
Use Portal sign-in from the site header or go to /login. After authenticating with a broker account, you’ll land on the dashboard with overview, portfolio, treasury, markets, and settings. Bookmark /dashboard for quick access.
What is the difference between broker and investor access?▾
Broker users get the full desk dashboard: portfolio & equity, treasury, transactions, credit, and operational tools. Investor access is a read-only view focused on diligence, capital, and history—ideal for LPs or internal reviewers who should not move money or change settings.
How long does my session stay active?▾
Sessions use a secure HTTP-only cookie and typically expire after several hours (see your administrator’s policy). Broker dashboard sessions also sign out automatically after five minutes without keyboard, mouse, or scroll activity to reduce risk on shared workstations.
Where do I see quotes and tape-style market context?▾
Open Markets from the sidebar to view watchlists and live-style quote panels (demo data). Portfolio and treasury pages tie balances and ladders to those views for reconciliation workflows.
Where are product guides and community resources?▾
The footer Company column links to /company/community, /company/contact, /company/careers, /company/press, /company/partnerships, and /company/legal. The Resources column links to Help Center, desk resources, desk spotlights, economic salons, and community pulse. Marketing deep-dives also live under /p/ from the main navigation.
How do I report a bug, data issue, or access problem?▾
Sign in first, then use Submit a support ticket under Help. Briefly describe the page, approximate time (UTC), and what you expected vs. what happened. Attach screenshots in your reply if engineering follows up—we’ll route urgent desk issues on a best-effort basis.
