Accessibility Statement
Effective for the NOVO INVESTMENT website and broker portal. This is a good-faith statement of intent and practice—not a certificate of compliance.
Conformance target
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA for web content we control on this preview. Third-party embeds, vendor quote panels, and mirrored resource pages may not fully conform until replaced or remediated.
Keyboard & focus
Primary navigation, footer links, forms on /login and /help/ticket, and authenticated portal layouts are built for keyboard traversal with visible focus states. Complex data grids favor browser-native scrolling and ARIA labels on key controls.
Color & motion
Text/background pairs target readable contrast in default themes. Motion is limited on critical paths; respect prefers-reduced-motion where implemented. Charts use pattern fills or labels in addition to color where feasible.
Screen readers
Landmarks (header, main, nav, footer), skip links on the home page, and descriptive labels on icon-only controls are used. Long policy pages expose ordered lists for clause navigation.
Documents & PDFs
Where PDFs are introduced in production, provide tagged PDFs or HTML equivalents. This experience minimizes PDF-only flows.
Feedback & remediation
Report barriers via the Help Center ticket path after sign-in, or through your institutional relationship channel. Include URL, browser, assistive technology, and steps to reproduce.
Assessment status
Continuous design reviews and automated checks (e.g., axe-style linting in CI when configured) reduce obvious defects; a formal third-party audit, VPAT/ACR, and defect register should precede regulated rollouts.
Alternative formats
Upon request and where feasible, we can provide key policies in enlarged print or structured text for assistive technology testing sessions coordinated with your accessibility office.
